Accounts, registration and sign-in
Verify your address, sign in with a password and use your Google account.
Create your own account
Your sign-in address identifies your account. Additional contact addresses in your profile do not create alternative logins. Do not create a shared account for the whole lineup: personal accounts allow participation, permissions and document preferences to be assigned correctly.
- On the sign-in screen, select Create account.
- Enter the required information and an email address you can access. Choose your own strong password.
- Submit the form and open the verification message you receive.
- Use the link or code indicated by the app.
- After verification, sign in and accept an invitation or create an organization.
If the verification message does not arrive
Check the address spelling, spam folder and other inbox categories. If the app offers a resend option, request a new code and use the latest message. An older code may become invalid after you request another. Do not share the code or link with anyone who does not own the account.
A missing message may mean a mail delay or that sending is unavailable. Repeating the request many times will not speed delivery. Keep the error message and try again later. If the problem continues, give support the time of the attempt and the type of operation.
Google sign-in and linking an existing account
If the Google button is available, you can use it to create a new account. You use one ConcertAmi account with the same memberships and permissions. Signing in with Google does not itself create an organization or grant access to other people's materials.
If you already have a ConcertAmi account, first sign in using your existing method. In account security, choose to link Google and use an identity with the same address. A matching address alone does not automatically merge accounts. After linking, you can still use your existing local password.
Using several devices
You can open the same account in a browser and in the available native apps. Organization data comes from a shared service. After a change on another device, refresh the view if it does not show the current state. An expired or revoked session may require you to sign in again.
Always sign out when finishing on a shared computer. Closing a tab does not replace signing out. If a device is lost, open the session list and revoke its access, then consider changing your password.
Your first password after social sign-in
- Open My account and its security section.
- If the account has no password, choose to set your first password.
- Save the new password and be prepared to sign in again.
- Check that your chosen sign-in method works.
