Platform operator panel
Separate system administration, operator responsibilities and boundaries around organizations.
An operator is different from an organization owner
The operator panel is a separate app for authorized platform administrators. An organization owner manages its people, resources and subscription in the ordinary app. They do not automatically receive operator panel access.
Operator permission is not automatic membership or a blanket bypass of customer-content access rules. Organization matters should first go to its owner; service operation problems should go to platform support.
Enter the panel securely
- Open https://admin.concertami.com and use your own account with an assigned operator role.
- Sign in with your password and complete the required additional authentication.
- During initial setup, follow email verification and authenticator app configuration.
- Keep recovery codes in a safe place outside shared documentation.
- Sign out afterwards, especially on a shared device.
Main operational tasks
The panel covers accounts, organizations, subscriptions, licenses and logs. An operator can find an account, check its state, revoke sessions or start the appropriate support flow. They should not ask for a user's password or take over an ordinary session.
Billing and license changes require a deliberate decision and appropriate justification. A manual state adjustment is not automatically a payment or refund. Always separate permission to use features from an actual financial event.
Account support and lost access
- Open Users and search by sign-in address or name. Verify identity and memberships before choosing an action.
- For an unverified address, choose to resend the code. For a forgotten password, send a reset link for the recipient to use themselves.
- For an incident, choose the appropriate session revocation, forced password change or account block. Read the consequences: these operations are not interchangeable.
- Enter the required operator password confirmation and confirm only the intended action.
- Check the new account state and log. Unblocking does not restore previous sessions; the user signs in again.
Organizations, subscriptions and features
A manual subscription adjustment is separate from a payment collected by the payment provider. If they differ, compare the application state and recorded financial event rather than entering a fictitious confirmation.
- Open Organizations and search by name or owner. Check active people, the limit and subscription state.
- In the details, review members, invitations and licenses. Material counts do not grant permission to browse their content.
- When adjusting a subscription, check the limit, validity, reference and mandatory justification. Lowering the limit below usage may block organization writes.
- If agreed support requires ownership transfer, select the correct active member with a verified address. Check both people again before confirming.
- When enabling an additional feature such as Playback, check whether the action concerns one organization, a selected group or all organizations. Confirm and check the audit log.
Granting and revoking licenses
- Open Licenses and select the organization and an existing version of the catalog material.
- Check terms, currency, amount, expiry date and available rights. The license covers a specified version, not any future content.
- Grant the license with the correct reference and required confirmation. Check its status in the list.
- To end access while preserving history, choose license revocation and provide a reason. Permanent deletion is a separate operation.
Publishing the information website
A revision conflict requires reading the newer draft and comparing changes again. Editing a descriptive website price does not itself change existing subscriptions or charge customer cards.
- Open the public website module and select the language to edit.
- Edit headings, feature descriptions, display prices, contact information and element visibility. Use plain text.
- Save a draft. Visitors still see the previous published version at this stage.
- Check the draft, then publish the saved revision after the required confirmation.
- Open the public website in the same language and verify the content. Other language versions have separate publications.
Exports and data archives
Archives have limited retention. A copy may include personal data and private materials; it is not a public documentation resource. During deletion, confirmation using the name or word specified by the panel helps prevent selecting the wrong organization.
- Select the correct organization and choose export without deletion if the goal is to provide a copy.
- Wait for archive preparation and check its status. Successful archive preparation is required before deleting an organization.
- In Data archives, choose the prepared copy. Before handing it to a recipient, check the address, validity and access scope, then use the intended sharing mechanism.
- If the recipient should no longer be able to download the copy, revoke the link. Check archive validity and download history.
Changes and personal data
The panel records action logs. Operations affecting accounts or organizations require the appropriate confirmation, and some require re-entering a password. Before confirming, check the target identity and the scope of consequences.
Exports and archives may contain personal data. Share them only with the correct recipient, through the intended mechanism and with validity checks. Do not paste exports into support requests or public documentation pages.
Deletion and recovery
Bulk operations and organization deletion have broader effects than ordinary profile editing. A technical archive before deletion does not imply a simple restore button. Recovery requires an operator procedure and consistency between data and files.
Do not attempt repairs on real data without identifying the cause. First gather safe information, reproduce the problem with demonstration data and plan the smallest change. This public guide explains responsibilities; it contains no infrastructure configuration or credentials.
