Appearance, language and date formats
Improve app readability without changing song content.
Theme and text size
Light, dark and system themes are available. The system theme follows device preferences. Screen text size helps adapt the app to conditions and your eyesight. On the web, you can set it separately for view types, such as Library and events.
These settings do not change the font or page count of a generated PDF. The document has its own layout. If program text is too small, adjust screen scaling; if words in a document are too small, open its preview tools.
Adjust the screen for your work
- Open appearance settings in the toolbar or account menu.
- Choose a theme and check the contrast in your working light.
- Change text size for the current view.
- Open a form and make sure all actions remain readable.
- Go to another screen type and adjust it separately if needed.
Interface language and content language
On first launch, a supported language may be selected from browser or device preferences. A manual selection takes priority. The app supports Polish and other available languages; you are reading the English edition of this documentation.
Changing language does not translate saved titles, notes or song lyrics. Custom names remain as entered. An English button in a newer screen may be fallback text for an unfinished translation in that version.
Organization and account date settings
An organization has a default date format, which a user can inherit or override with a personal choice. The personal preference applies to the account across organizations. Choose Use organization setting to return to inheritance.
A date format changes presentation, not the event's instant. Native date and time pickers may still follow device settings. Time zone is a separate setting; day–month–year format does not determine the zone.
Check the result on the right device
After saving, open the plan list and event details. Check the full date, time and program items. In mobile clients, some appearance also depends on system font size and accessibility settings.
Do not change a shared song layout just to enlarge your own screen. Use personal scaling or document zoom first. The intended result is comfortable reading without unintended changes to shared materials.
