Get started with ConcertAmi
From your first sign-in to a ready event: learn how your organization works together.
One place for the program, people and materials
ConcertAmi helps you prepare an event, from the first song list to the documents used on stage. The organizer builds the program and selects arrangements and people, while participants check their involvement and open the materials they need. The library, program and lineup are connected but serve different purposes. Changing a song description does not necessarily update events prepared earlier.
You work through your own account. After signing in, choose the organization whose data you want to view. An account can belong to several organizations, each with its own resources, memberships and subscription. Always check the current organization's name before adding a program, sending an invitation or changing settings.
Your first preparation
- Create an account and verify your email address, or sign in using a method already linked to your account.
- Accept an organization invitation, or create your own organization if you are setting things up.
- Check Overview, open Library and explore one song's details.
- In Plans, select an existing event. As an organizer, you can create your first event using an available template.
- Open Program and Lineup; check the date, time, selected arrangement and your participation status.
Prepare an event step by step
The easiest starting point is a library and a small template. Add a few songs, define their arrangements and prepare a repeatable program structure. Then create an event with the correct date. Each event gets its own program and lineup, so you can refine a particular date without changing the source template.
Adding someone to the lineup schedules their participation. Sending an invitation and receiving confirmation are separate actions. Before the event, check people's responses and make sure the documents are ready. On stage, open the correct plan and test moving through its materials.
Why your screens may look different
What you see depends on your permissions, selected context, platform and app version. Someone preparing the program may have different actions from a participant who can only read assigned events. A missing edit button does not mean your account is broken. First check the organization and your role's scope with its owner.
Explore the interface safely
Screenshots in this documentation use demonstration data. They illustrate the workflow and do not show real organizations' data. The actions available in your account depend on your permissions and app version.
When working with real content, save only materials for which your organization has the necessary rights. Before sharing documents with the lineup, check the titles, sources and arrangement assignments. Preparing in advance reduces mistakes during rehearsals or concerts.
