Stage and Playback monitoring

A readable live sequence, program documents and careful setlist reconciliation.

Prepare the view for running an event

Stage focuses on the current program and available materials. Open the correct event before rehearsal and check its order. Headings organize the program, while notes and songs can open documents used during the event.

Stage mode does not mean automatic player control or scrolling synchronized with the performance. Gestures and tools depend on the client. Check their behavior on your own device, especially with multipage attachments.

Go through the materials

  1. Choose the event and open Stage or the program's stage preview.
  2. Check the first item's document source: text, PDF or another available medium.
  3. Adjust zoom and move through the pages.
  4. Use the next item after finishing the document; also check backwards navigation.
  5. Practise entering a note and returning to a song before the performance begins.

What the Playback integration shows

An enabled, configured integration can show the current song, playback state, sections and MultiTracks Playback setlist. Monitoring the local device and broadcasting to other event participants are separate modes. A local Connected status does not prove other recipients are receiving data.

Newer clients are developing Remote and Sync connections on the local network. Pairing and specific features depend on platform, version and organization configuration. The same network and device permission for local access may be required.

Compare the setlist with the program

A similar-title suggestion is not a certain match. A song repeated several times in the program needs the correct occurrence to be selected.

  1. Open the available Playback view for the correct event.
  2. Check connection freshness and recognized setlist entries.
  3. Review proposed matches to songs or specific program items.
  4. Select planned changes and inspect their preview.
  5. Confirm only deliberate changes to the ConcertAmi program.

Direction and unavailable capabilities

Reconciliation works from Playback → ConcertAmi. Do not assume this app can write an order or add songs to Playback. Adding an unknown entry as a note does not download recordings, lyrics or chords from MultiTracks.

A connection may pause in the background or become stale. Do not treat the last known state as current when it is marked disconnected. Before the event, prepare a self-contained program and documents in case the integration is unavailable.
