Troubleshooting
A short path for checking access, saving, documents and notifications.
Start with the organization, context and connection
- Check which account is signed in and which organization is selected.
- Check the team context, search, filters and calendar month.
- Refresh the current screen, preserving any unsaved text first.
- Determine whether the app is online, offline or requires you to sign in again.
- Read the full message instead of repeating the same action unchanged.
I cannot see a song or button
Possible causes include role scope, team assignment, missing responsibility, archiving or deletion. Someone viewing an event does not necessarily have access to the whole library. Ask the owner to check the specific action and resource.
Do not try to solve this using someone else's account or guessing a link. Possessing a link alone grants no permission. If you previously had access, report when it disappeared and the last known action without sharing a password or token.
Version conflict, scheduling conflict or request limit
A version conflict means someone saved newer data. Copy your unsaved text to a safe place, read the current record and compare the changes. A scheduling conflict concerns reserved time, not just the program total.
A request limit is a temporary frequency gate, not evidence of invalid form content. Wait as the message instructs and reduce intensive retries. If saving requires an active subscription, check its status with the owner.
A document will not open or is incomplete
Check upload completion, the selected arrangement and page range. Offline, make sure you downloaded files rather than only the program list. For audio and video, check format support on the device.
If event export was interrupted, do not assume the result is complete. Open selected sources individually and correct the problematic choice. For a text recognition error, compare the source or use metadata mode if your aim does not require content conversion.
Prepare a useful support request
A report with a short sequence of steps is more useful than “it does not work”. If the error occurs on only one device, say so and describe whether the same resource opens on the web.
- Provide the screen, operation type and exact error message.
- Add the date and time with time zone, platform, app version and operating system.
- Describe the expected result and what actually happened.
- Attach a screenshot with personal details, codes and private materials obscured.
- Do not send passwords, verification codes, recovery links or card details.
