Overview, plan list and calendar
Find the next date, change the display and start planning from a particular day.
Start your day with Overview
Overview brings together what you need when returning to work: the next event, selected repertoire information and your own invitations awaiting a response. Visible data respects permissions. An empty part of the summary may mean there are no accessible resources rather than that the whole app has failed.
Open an event from the summary and check its current program. Song usage dates indicate scheduling in accessible events. They do not automatically confirm an actual performance on stage. Treat repertoire rankings as a planning aid too.
Choose how to browse
Changing the view does not change dates or permissions. If you cannot see an event after switching views, check the current month and filters. The calendar also includes neighboring days needed to display complete weeks.
| View | When it helps |
|---|---|
| List | Quickly compare upcoming dates and names |
| Cards | Browse events as separate cards |
| Calendar | Plan the month and check days of the week |
Add an event on a selected day
Clicking an existing event opens its details. The add button creates a new date, including on a day with other events. Always check any conflict warning.
- Open Plans and switch to Calendar.
- Use the arrows to select a month or choose Today.
- Use “+” beside the chosen day if you have permission to create events.
- Check the date and time in the form: adjust the initially suggested time to your plan.
- Choose a template, check the duration and save the event.
Empty lists and visibility limits
Search, event type or team context can narrow the results. Clear filters and navigate to the correct month first. Someone with access only to assigned events should not expect a list of all the organization's plans.
After you are added to the lineup, an event may be visible even before a message is sent. The latest planning model has no additional publishing step required for a participant to gain authorized read access.
Select several events
If you have permission to delete plans, the list, cards and calendar provide selection controls. Before a bulk operation, read the titles and dates in the confirmation. Your selection may remain when changing display mode.
Select all in the calendar applies to the visible date range. Do not treat it as selecting the organization's entire history. Changing page or organization clears the selection. Permanently deleting plans does not delete source songs or templates.
