Organization invitations and event invitations

An organization invitation grants membership and a role. An event invitation concerns a particular date and your own participation response. Accepting one does not automatically confirm the other. First make sure which type of invitation you are opening.

An organization invitation is tied to an email address. Sign in with an account that has the correct verified address. Forwarding the link to someone else does not give them the right to join. If the invitation was sent to an address different from your login, contact the person who invited you.

Accept from the invitation list

The list may also be available before you belong to any organization. Revoked, expired or completed invitations do not become active invitations again.

  1. Sign in to ConcertAmi and open Organization invitations from the account menu or the available icon with a counter.
  2. Check the organization name, inviter and expiry date.
  3. Select Join if you recognize the invitation and want to become a member.
  4. Wait for the organization list to refresh, then select the new workspace.
  5. Check the visible modules. Their scope follows the role you received.

A link or code received outside the list

If the organizer gave you a code or link, use it after signing in to the correct account. Follow the invitation acceptance screen. Do not enter someone else's address simply to bypass the recipient match.

Acceptance can be stopped, for example, because an invitation has expired, has been revoked or the organization has reached its seat limit. The organizer should then check memberships and the subscription. Creating the same account again does not resolve a lack of seats.

Declining and returning later

You can decline an unknown or unwanted invitation. This does not remove existing memberships in other organizations. If you change your mind after declining, ask the organizer for a new invitation instead of looking for an expired code.

Do not delete your account to leave a single organization. Your account is shared and may be needed elsewhere. Discuss access to a particular organization with its owner, providing the organization's name and your own account address.

If the list is empty

Refresh the list and check your current sign-in address in your profile. Confirm with the inviter that they sent an organization invitation, rather than merely adding you to an existing event's lineup. The owner can also check whether the invitation was revoked.

Successful acceptance should add a new organization to your list of available workspaces. Access to a particular song or plan still depends on your role. Membership alone does not necessarily grant access to the entire library or permission to change the program.
